First of all, we thank you for ordering with Mighty Sports.  We will try our best to provide quality product and satisfactory service to our valuable customers.  However, due to the special characteristics of inflatable products, we present the following disclaimers.

If you are ordering custom inflatable from us, please review the following disclaimers carefully because this is very important for your customer order.  These disclaimers will be part of sales terms and conditions of your custom order.  If these disclaimers are critical to your custom order and you can not accept them, please do inform us right away before we start your order.  Otherwise, all custom orders are final sales and no return will be accepted.

Disclaimers:

1. Dimensions:  All custom inflatable will be made per customer’s dimensions as closely as possible. However, because it is inflatable, the dimensions are very hard to control.  The actual inflatable, after inflation, may come out bigger or smaller than design, which is quite normal with inflatable products.  We will make the inflatable per design dimension with consideration of air inflation, but we are not able to guarantee the exact dimensions as in the design.

2. Shapes:  All inflatable are made from flexible material such as nylon fabric and vinyl, etc. and forms the desired shapes through air inflation.  Compared with the shapes made from hard material like metal or wood, these flexible materials will form shapes with its unique characteristics, such as curved surface instead of flat surface, rounded corners or edges instead of sharp angle edges or corners, etc.  Most inflatable products are shown for the overall shapes and outlines, not for specific details.  We will focus to realize the overall inflatable effect, but we are not able to guarantee the exact same details as in the design.

3. Colors:  Most of inflatable are made from pre-manufactured materials and the color of the material has been preset.  It is normal that sometimes the fabric may have small color variance due do different batch production.  In some situations, custom color material may be available, however even for the special color order, color variance is still unavoidable depending on the batch production and color mixing.  For example, your custom inflatable will be manufactured in blue, but it may not be the precise shade of blue in your initial design.  We will try to use the same color fabric for all the entire order, but we are not able to guarantee the exact same color as in the design.

4. Printings:  Custom printing is frequently required for custom inflatable orders.  There are many factors affecting printing results, such as material, printing size, printing color, number of colors, printing resolutions, etc.  In lot of instances, you may not get the same color or resolution as the design image.  For example, printing bright yellow ink on blue vinyl fabric will get the light yellow print instead of bright yellow.    Also design image usually is in high resolution, so it looks great on your computer screen.   However, in actual printing, different material may have different effects due to different surface and texture, therefore the actual printing will not have the visual effect as photo pictures and you will see a lot of dots in the printing result when it gets enlarged.  Another factor affecting final printing result is shipping and handling.  The inflatable must be rolled up and packed in very tight and compact size for shipping purpose, therefore the printing area will be folded and squeezed.  In result, the printing area may lose minor printing color and inks depending on material.  These minor damages normally will not affect the product use nor affect whole visual effect.  We will try our best to provide you the best print result and visual effect, but we are not able to guarantee the printing to be exact color and exact fine details as design image.

5. Materials:  For every custom job, we will decide what material to be used in the order.  Just like any other materials, there are variances in material in regard of color, material gauge and other specifications.  We will use the same material as we quoted, but we are not able to guarantee the exact same specified material.

6. Weight:  From time to time, we may provide estimated weight information before the custom order is made.  The estimation is normally based on the inflatable size and material usage.  However during production, the actual material use will be different from estimation.  We will try to provide as accurate weight estimate as possible, but we are not able to guarantee such weight estimates will be accurate and same weight as finished product.

7. Product Life and Usage:  All custom inflatable are designed and manufactured for intended product life and purpose.  However due to the specialty of custom order and custom product, there may be a lot of unexpected factors affecting product life and intended use, which are unknown before the custom product is made.   We will provide solutions based on our experiences and expertise based on the information provided from the customer, but we are not able to guarantee the exact product life and usage as desired.

8. Not “NEW” Product:  For all customer order inflatable, most of time, we will set it up, test, demo and take pictures for customer review and approval.  For such purposes, we will use your new product for the first time. Also many inflatable products are so large that we must setup and demo in an outdoor area, therefore the product may have contact with dirts/grass, etc and get minor worn out and/or abrasion, etc.  As a result, technically the product you receive is not a new product anymore.   We will try to clean the product as best as we can to make it look “BRAND NEW”, but we are not able to guarantee the custom product will be in brand new condition.
